Club4 Terms and Conditions
Club4 is the Up & Running (UK) Ltd (‘U&R) members’ club (‘the Club’). It comprises a range of preferential benefits and offers to its members.
You must be 18 years of age or over and a UK resident for the entire period for which you are a member. No corporate or business use or membership. Please note that staff may be excluded from certain events, prize draws and experiences. See individual terms and conditions for more information and qualification.
Activation and Registration
Your Club membership is not transferable once activated. Activate and register your card at
Upandrunning.co.uk/club4 with your membership card number, and email address. If you do not have a valid email address you can register by calling 01423 562162. You will need to provide a valid mobile or land line number and postal address. Without a valid email address, you will not receive all the regular offers and benefits associated with the Club. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your personal details are kept up to date and U&R will not be responsible for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communications if you do not do so.
How the Club works
Collection of Club4 points: Receive 1 ‘Point’ per 20p spent at Up & Running stores in England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland. Locations and services (inc online) may be extended or reduced at our discretion. Purchases of Up & Running gift vouchers in participating U&R stores will qualify for collection of Points. Purchases made by U&R Gift vouchers will qualify for collection of points. Minimum spend value of £1 to qualify for first 5 points in every transaction. 1 point awarded for every complete 20p spent in any qualifying transaction and the number of points is rounded to the nearest multiple of 20p. Points will be awarded on net basket value, after any discounts and promotions have been applied. For every transaction in store you will receive 5 “transaction” points if the value of your transaction is £1 or more. Any refunds will be reflected in your points balance. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers or gift cards. The annual Points’ collection period starts from the date that your registration is confirmed. Benefits may change, depending on the number of points accrued through the membership year. Points will not be reset to 0 on the anniversary of your registration each year, and you will not need to start each new membership year. Details of levels and the benefits available to you can be viewed online at upandrunning.co.uk/club4 within your account or, if you have provided us with a valid email address, in a statement when requested. You will only receive a statement from us whereby we need to notify you of any changes to your account or terms and conditions.
Rewards and benefits of the Club
As a member you will benefit from offers and promotions personalised for you. Inclusions and exclusions will apply and may change. Your benefits will increase, by increasing the number of points you earn. With an increase, you may qualify for a birthday treat (if you also provided a valid email address and date of birth) and exclusive access to sale previews and new collections. Timing and value of all benefits at the discretion of U&R. Further increases in the number of points earned may qualify you to receive invitations to events in participating U&R Stores that are not open to the public and to be offered the chance to enter regular prize draws with the chance to win tickets to external events, shows and experiences in association with U&R. Qualification for entry and prize awards subject to individual prize draw terms and conditions. You can terminate your Club membership at any time online at upandrunning.co.uk/club4 within your account or by calling 01423 562162. On termination any and all benefits accrued will be lost. We can terminate your Club membership immediately if at any time, you are, or we reasonably suspect you may be, acting fraudulently or in breach of these terms. If your membership has been inactive for 12 months we will review it and in our discretion, choose to suspend your account.
Making changes to the Club
We can make changes to the eligibility requirements, the benefits and the terms of the Club at any time if we believe the change is to your advantage or, in our reasonable discretion, is required for the continuing administration of the Club. Material changes will be communicated to you via email. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the Club at any time giving members seven days’ notice of termination in writing (via email). These terms correct as of December 2015. Current terms are available at upandrunning.co.uk/club4, which prevail in the case of any difference with these printed terms.

The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and our dealings with you in connection with the Club. The terms are in English and any communications we send to you will be in English.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms will affect or reduce your statutory rights.
